By accepting our quotation or by using this website you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions of Miles Cleaner Ltd.

Initial Visit
For your first clean only there is a one off charge to cover the additional time taken on the initial clean, this varies with house size and frequency of ongoing cleans, this will be explained when signing up

What to expect
Our pure water cleaning system is very effective at cleaning general dirt from your windows, we operate our poles from the ground. The glass, frames and sills are cleaned using the purified water to remove dirt and impurities. They are then left to dry.
If you have any builders residue such as plaster, paint etc, any staining, discoloured plastics or rust then our pure water will not be effective, please let us know beforehand.

Cleaning Frequencies
Miles Cleaner Ltd offer a 4 or 8 weekly cleaning schedule, we may offer different terms for Commercial customers upon request.
If you are a domestic customer that agreed to a 4 or 8 weekly all year-round service and you choose to postpone the cleaning , you will be charged the initial one off charge before the service is re-established.
Please be aware that the schedules can be affected by staff holidays, bank holidays and weather please allow some flexibility for these events.

Turning us away
We will try to be as reliable as we can for you, but we also appreciate the customer being reliable.
On the day of the clean it is too late for us to replace your clean with another. We reserve the right if turning our team away at the door or cancelling on the day with our office, to charge you the full price expected and/or cancel any ongoing service with us.
We also reserve the right to charge the full price expected if access on the day has not been made available by the customer.

Payment Terms
Payment is required in full within 7 days of the clean date via Go Cardless, Bacs transfer or Cash payment. To guarantee this please choose to pay by Go Cardless direct debit.
If non-payment exceeds 30 days Miles Cleaner Ltd reserve the right to suspend your cleaning. Any monies owing after 90 days maybe passed onto a collections agency to recover the debt. You will be liable for all related charges and fees.
The easiest way to pay is via Go Cardless direct debit at any time. Just visit the payment page and sign up or switch to the Go Cardless payment service.

Weather
Miles Cleaner Ltd offer an all year cleaning service, we will clean your windows in all weather conditions where possible, the pure water system we use works in all weather conditions to provide our customers with the same quality cleaning results.
If the weather slows down our service we may have to postpone until the next working day.

48 Hour Guarantee
We aim to provide our customer with the best possible service every time. If you are not satisfied with your clean please contact us within 48 hours of your clean. We will endeavour to rectify this within the same week.
We operate a no refund policy and will rectify work you are unhappy with if made aware within 48 hours of the clean.

Cancellation
If for one reason or another you should wish to cancel our services you have the right to do so at any time. This can be done by telephone on 07904 123269 or by email to info@milescleaner.co.uk
By using our services you agree to a minimum of 3 cleans. If cancelling before 3 cleans have taken place the remaining cleans will be payable.

Access to your property

If an operative is unable to access any part of your property due to locked gates we will clean the accessible areas, such as the front and side windows and doors, the full price will still be charged if access is not made available.

We always aim to clean all windows on your property however, if any windows are deemed to be inaccessible or unsafe to clean, we will not clean them. Please do not ask our window operatives to carry out unsafe working practises.

Operatives should not be expected to moves or work around obstacles to clean the windows, such as: garden furniture. Please be mindful about items/objects that will restrict access to an area of your property as we will be unable to clean it.

Please ensure Miles Cleaner Ltd have the correct phone and email address so we can use our SMS text and email service to remind you of your appointment. Theses reminders will be sent the day before each visit.
If you are going on holiday just let us know before the day of the clean we will "miss" the clean and you won't be charged.

Damages
We do not accept any liability for damage caused due to factors outside of our control, such as, but not limited to, ill fitted windows, doors, facias, guttering, window/conservatory trims, unsecured windows or doors, leaking windows or door seals, blown glass, loose stuck on lead, decorative beads stuck on glass, rotting frames, flaking of paint on window/door frames or doors, open/broken trickle vents etc.
We do not accept any liability for decorative bars coming loose or falling from the exterior of the glass, our brushes should not damage these in any way, if they do become loose and fall this is due to the bar losing its adhesion. We only use soft brushes and purified water and occasionally microfibre clothes to clean your windows, so our work cannot cause scratches.
